Adirondack Butchers

Does anyone here know of a good butcher or meat processor in the Blue Mountain Lake region of the Adirondacks.  It's pretty much in the middle of the park, just east of Racquette Lake.

I don't know of any up there but I can almost guarantee that the folks at hoss's store in long lake would know.

There probably aren't enough deer taken up there to support a butcher lol
