I started shooting the plastic top ammo at the range.   Dead on accurate.   Haven't tried it on a deer yet.

With the .243 Win 95gr. I have them drop in their tracks usually. My wife high shouldered an 8 point and he flipped over backwards and dead.

I use the superformance 130gr. in my .270 Win and it will fragment at close range (under 70 yards) and mushroom nicely anything past that. I have started using the nosler 130 gr. and had better accuracy than the SST but never had an issue with expansion or trauma.
