A friend of mine gave this to me for  x mas . They last about an hour, then boil it for ten minutes let it cool and reuse . It is a super saturated liquid witch reacts to the metal disc  it gets hard and warm . pretty cool i took one yesterday when i went squirrel  hunting i was impressed.

Merry Christmas!

An hour ain't so good really?  I'm usually out for 1.5 hours, +/- a few minutes.  Years ago I had something similar but IIRC it had to be boiled to be recharged??  That got tossed to the curb as soon as they came out with the disposable charcoal hand warmers, those babies can't be beat.

Reading comprehension isn't my strong suit........that said, I see now that that one you posted has to be boiled too?

Re-gift it...................
