Why are taxpayers paying for a special lawyer to defend a criminal?  What's wrong with the regular public defender?

He's a former Obama administration guy cashing in on his previous position. Why would anyone be surprised that he'd accept payment to support illegal activity?

Whichever elected hack in that county approved this, should be immediately impeached by the constituents.

There must be some really stupid citizens in that county.

Because they are a "sanctuary city" and it is nothing but the best for their illegal immigrants. Surprised they were in a public school instead of a private school. I would like to know why they even get a trial.
