Any one fishing Sodus Bay

Just wondering if anyone is fishing Sodus with the high water. I was thinking of fishing the small section between Leroy Island and the shore with a canoe. I think there is still is a no wake rule. If so there should be no water skiers and big bass boat blowing down that small cannel.

i use to ice fish there. That has to be one weedy mess in the summer
