while not hard antler we're close to the time they start to get juiced up on testosterone.  given what you posted i don't disagree.  he's not just conditioned/fed due to it being late summer. he's pretty developed in the back compared to the front with a bigger proportioned skeletal frame.  i know you can get big deer at 3.5 but he doesn't seem 2.5 in the pic from last october.  to some it's all talk and i agree you should shoot him anyway.  when you do please have the teeth sent out, save the lower jaw, and find out by having as many puzzle pieces as possible to paint the picture.  just what i think.  go get him!

Cool. I shotgunned a nice 8 a few season back with no brows. He shoulda been a 10. I was robbed!
