I heard 54 you heard 60 what's the diff?.......all I know is  either way it is a hell of a lot more than I will ever have. He was pissed because the  last resort he put up for auction only sold for 23 million. He must have been one hell of a developer. That's how he made his money.

If I heard it right he said what he had in storage was a "conservative" estimate on $16 mil. Either way pretty nice income.
