I stand corrected by a very nice member. These pics are actually honey suckle.  Here all along, thought they were autumn olive. They do set edible berries and deer love the leaves right through Thanksgiving.

My wife made me autumn Olive jam once. It was very good, and also a ton of work which is probably why it was only once!

Very similar berries. It's does make a very good jam. Would it be easier to make jelly?

Very nice we have some wild Rhododendrons growing by the house. The last week we have come home and have our house smelling like a floral bouquet.
