Nov. 1st you should be able to get one when the second round of issuance starts.

I know I can get one in November but I’m wanting them for now. I bow hunt all year and like to take my does in October if I can. I mainly hunt 9J but live in the 8H area so would like to find a DMP someone wants to let go

Yes. But I get my DMPs in 9j where I hunt mostly and buy my license

I understand. I was just trying to find you an option to take  a doe.  At least you have one tag you can take a doe on. most people I know that hunt 8H don't even get the tags there until the late draw becasue they are always available.
