I've hunted there twice without much success. It's not as great a hunt as it may seem! I think I'll keep my ten bucks this year.

Can you please elaborate this is my first time hunting the island I'd like to know what to expect. The site says the refuge is at 50-60 deer per square mile that sounds nuts to me.

had guys walking around all morning not able to find their spot and then a doe died near me and the guy started feild dressing it with 30 mins of daylight left instead of just waiting so he ruined the rest of my hunt.  and the second day rained, not the worst thing that could happen just annoying.
