450 marlin, minty!

My brother is selling a mint marlin 1895 guide gun in 450 marlin. The gun came from an estate. 1 round was fired from it then it was put in the gun cabinet. 18" ported barrel, cheapy scope. Hes asking $800, comes with the box of ammo minus 1 rd.
