Unsubstantiated but initial reports have it in Chautauqua. It’s all over the FB. Rumor at this point but supposedly Cornell test was positive.

 

Could be bunk but seeing it from some credible people historically.

possible, game farms there and lot of out of state hunters bring in body fluids for scents. them prions are in everything...  but i really believe its always been present we just look for it now and test.

You can bet the bank that if its true and found on a farm it would be front page news by now. If its just leaking out its in the wild. Where its always been.  Ny does not test enough to find anything. Its also a safe bet to say we have still had it all along since the first cases in 05.
