Federal judge tosses out NY ban on nunchuks

NYS banned nunchucks in 1974. Federal Judge Pamela Chen recently invalidated NY's law ruling that their use/possession was protected under the 2nd amendment and the right to self defense. Judge Chen is an Obama appointee and her district is in Brooklyn. Go figure. What should give NY gun owners hope, is the “ common use,and typical possession “  and “ dangerous and unusual “.  ARs and standard capacity mags are both commonly  possessed by many and certainly not unusual .
