The deafening silence from NYCC is not encouraging. Last I heard (~Jan.) was they had to re-write new legislation to submit, nothing since! The individual from NYCC that had kept us informed in the past has NOT visited this forum since Aug 2018!?! There isn't anything on their website other than the solicitation for filling out a support (form) letter. No news or updates! Been eerily quiet this year!!!! I'm trying hard to assume there are activities going on behind the scenes, be nice to know!!!! Hell, I'm not even sure there are any legislators that are supporting this any more...? Any one know more..?

FYI - I will have mods lock this topic if it turns into yet another pro vs con debate. Been enough of those debates already, right!
