French Creek Outdoors
Hey everybody just wanted to ask everyone what kind of rifle ammo you use? I work in an outdoor store in New York and they just passed rifle in my county and we are trying to find out what we should order for the upcoming season. Thanks everyone for your input. bubba
That is a tough question to answer. It depends on the gun, caliber and your intended use. I personally reload and use Nosler bullets pretty regularly. it all depends on how your gun shoots them. Some will shoot better than others. As far as deer hunting, a normal winchester or remington bullet will work well.
Lawdwaz
I'm sure your wholesaler can help point you in the right direction and put a package together?? For the bare bones basics; 243, 260, 7-08, 308, 30-30, 270, 280, 30-06, 7mm Mag, 300 Win Mag, 35 Rem?? Federal, Remington & Winchester can cover any and all of the above. moosemike
Hard to beat Federal, Remington, and Winchester for deer in anything between .24 and .35 caliber. Shoot at least 100 grains of bullet and you'll do fine.
