Coyote Attacks 5 Year Old

I heard about a coyote attacking a 5 year old girl in her front yard outside Chicago. Crazy!

I've seen predators hunt and kill a lot of different stuff, that coyote didn't look like it was in attack mode.  Looked more curious than anything.  That being said, if I saw that you can bet I'd be scrambling for the nearest rifle/pistol.
