To honor the fallen and currently serving or retired fireman they are asking to place a red light outside your house in the month of November.  Recently I just lost a lifetime hero of mine who served 47 years for his community. Not only my hero , but a great hunting mentor and amazing uncle. RIP.

Local Fire Chief (Ret) from the volunteer Getzville NY fireman passed away from 9/11 related illness.  I had the pleasure of meeting him 6 months ago as he had a small firearms business and shipped a .38 special for me.  One heck of a nice guy and saddened to hear of his passing.............
