Iluvracks1359
Finally got a nice shot on a buck on sunday night and I misjudged the distance. it seems like when he ran off he didnt see me and had no idea what happened.. will he give me another chance?? Also.. I rattled him in. . Do u think I could rattle him in again, or will he most likely avoid the clash of antlers now?
BowmanMike
I think he won't be bothered by that episode too much.
Iluvracks1359
So still ok to rattle?
ApexerER
I shot under a nice buck last year with the crossbow. I just had buck fever. I had him in the scope, looked up to baa him so he would stop and then when I looked back through the scope I just put the cross hairs on him like an idiot and shot right under him. That was two days before rifle season and one of the guys shot him opening day with the rifle about 100 yds from where I missed. So the whole episode never made him leave the area. I would think rattling would be ok as well...
