Marion
Here we are, just short of 4 weeks out. Started doing squats, hoping the PT lets me back on the elliptical soon. My mom just had a partial replacement on Friday. It's amazing they already have her "walking" around soon as you wake up. It's more of a zombie shuffle as of yesterday but still quite impressive stuff indeed! How's the recovery going? No more pain? Squats is amazing!Sent from my SM-G935V using Tapatalk

I don't think much is going to change at PT for a while, dude says it's a long slow grind from here on out. Not going to get back to squatting 405 again any time soon thats for sure. I'll settle for........ being able to go out for a walk in the woods.
UpStateRedNeck
5 weeks today. PT says 5 to 8 weeks is when most people who re-tear the ACL do it. So. Gotta be good til the end of March. Full range of motion for weeks, so it's hard to not do other stuff. Worst part is the stupid full leg brace when I go out. But ACL is at its weakest right now, so no being a dumbass.
mowin
Didn't realize your most vulnerable to reinjury at this stage. Makes sense though. Feeling better/stronger at this stage could make one overdue it.
