Think the guy said like 5-6 acres of woods that's close to rd, then there are what he calls small lots(3) and then 44 acre lot ant a 26 acre lot. there are woods right behind that that is chuck full of acorn trees, tracks every where back there. if i shoot a deer and it goes on his property he will not give permission to go on it. he doesn't even want stands to face his way. i am going out there again in morning to really look around not sure if it will be worth going down there yet.

so it looks like if i really wanted to use these woods then i would have to start working this yr for next yr. think only raccoons go in there.

Better keep your options open...deer move with the season and with pressure..if people are in the oaks the deer will move to close cover nearby,and eat acorns by starlight...jmo
