What makes just the bucks disappear?

As far as I know, No one is blasting every deer they see.

On a funny note, the last 2 years I have had a bumper crop of wild grapes on the property. I'm beginning to think the bucks are all hung-over and sleeping it off on the adjacent property.

Yeah the wild grape crop here is pretty darn good as well. Acorns not so much and that is what is making it difficult for me this year. Apples are pretty much gone and the acorns are not here this year. Got lots of pictures of does in the food plots but I dont hunt over them or near them for the most part. Putting up a new stand midday tomarrow in a pinch point by the swamp. Probably going to need waders with all this rain.
