Al Bundy
Got out this past weekend. Lots of snows around camp. I took the next gen hunters on their first successful goose hunt. We ended up getting some pass shooting. Fun was had by all. Back at it next weekend..

Al Bundy
Yes... Lots around. The field we were in was huge field and covered with snows. When they got up, it was an amazing sound. Its time to get out!!

Al Bundy
7J/H . You usually see them down on LI? Seems they should be there.
virgil
Snows are not really common on Long Island- at least not where I hunt. The only time I've seen any was about ten years ago on a hunt on a freezing cold New Year's Day morning. My group shot two of them on the south shore.
