Actually that's not a road. It is a small field with a pond in the middle and more woods on the other side. There is something running through the background. I tried to enhance the video to see what it was but I didn't have any luck.

looks like a car ,front and rear lights

The rear lights should not be white though. Maybe people on atvs? The lights seemed to travel to smoothly too. I would not drive through a field that fast in unless on an atv.
