Any good places to get sausage made around Niagara County?

I quartered my own deer and brought it home only to find out my vacuum sealer crapped out. Now I'm looking to just have it all made into sausage and pepper sticks. We used to use Bond's in Springville before they had the fire but I heard it hasn't been the same since. I haven't tried it since either though. I'm hoping there's somebody closer to Niagara county. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Black Angus on NFB near ellicott creek makes some decent stuff. Also Buck and Doe shop in Clarance is pretty good.

Hanzlian's on genesee near Pine Ridge in Buffalo. Not quite Niagara County but his sausage is unmatched (that came out wrong). $1.50/lb

Do you guys know if either place will take deer that are already quartered? I have it on ice in a large cooler.

I would imagine Hanzlian's takes pre-quartered deer. I would give them a call first though.(716) 891-5247. Probably too late for this deer but maybe for future reference.

Does anyone have any experience using Buck and Dow? A hunter I was with yesterday recommended them and then again I've heard not to take it to a processor because "you can't trust em"
