Funny you say that... My father said he was gonna call me and tell me to bring the hack saw with me and saw it off on the way home...

I'd like to know the answer too... Maybe WNY can e-mail the DEC for us, he seems to get answered quickly. :)

It is not legal to take any of it, unless you hit it or have in writting from a cop or DEC

Had to be 15+ on the north and south bound lanes of 390 today between Henrietta and Mt. Morris. Some were no more than blood baths in the road with bits and pieces on the shoulders.

A co worker saw a nice 10 pt cruising for does (Wyoming co.) at about 8:30 on his way to our meeting and another co worker i was taking to was standing on his deck watching a big 8 run a doe where he lives out by Albany.

Thankfully I did not see any dead deer on my comute this morning. However - my father was cruising 104 tonight and saw a nice buck standing on the shoulder of the road, and then he sees another deer in the median, it decided to turn around and WHACK the car passing him hits it and then Thud it goes under his truck. My father pulled over, checked for damage found none , the other car was stopped, traffic was whizzing by -so he went home. He would'nt have taken the deer even if it was salvageable and it was too dangerous being stopped in the dark on a highway.
