Porcupine Deer

Anybody ever shoot a deer with porcupine quills in them? I shot a buck opening day in Delaware County that had porcupine quills stuck in his forehead. Don't know what he was thinking messing with a porcupine.

I didn't take a pic. I think my buddy did with his phone. He only had a few in him but man were they in there deep.

Yeah.. those things are nasty if you mess with them. If you decide to mount the buck, have the taxidermist leave the quills in. Makes for an interesting story.
