Suffolk Archers Club

Good afternoon. 

I was a member of Suffolk Archers for two years. This was about 8 years ago when I lived in Nassau County. I let my membership lapse because the location was too far and I only shot there maybe 8 to 10 times.

I've since moved to Greenlawn, and the club is only a few miles away. I would like to join again; however, the rules have changed and now a "sponsor" is needed. The only person I knew there was a friend who is no longer a member.

I'm wondering if there is anyone on here that is a member of the club that I could speak with about sponsorship.

I realize that this is a bit unusual, and I was hoping they would waive the sponsorship requirement as I was a past member - but no such luck.

Perhaps they would be willing to let you peak at a current member list and hopefully you can recall a few guys you knew while there?

Lots of the guys on Long Island Deerhunting FB group are members, I’m sure you’ll get an answer within minutes
