Electronic Hearing Muffs

Due to many years of hunting (46+) and many shots with no hearing protection, my hearing has suffered the consequences. I have decided to invest in a good pair of electronic hearing muffs, the kind that will amplify low sounds and protect against the damage caused by gunshots. I am considering the Leight Impact Sport muffs and was wondering if anybody has had any experience with them, or any other good electronic hearing muffs. I plan on wearing the muffs while deer hunting in my treestand and while turkey hunting in my ground blind. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I have been using the Leight electronic muffs for over 5 years. Never had a problem, rain, snow...You can turn them up for super hearing, but I usually adjust the volume to where my hearing is "normal."

I have a pair of Walker Game Ears.They work good , sometimes to good. I got them for spring turkey hunting. The only think I don't like about them is they pick up all the back ground noise,like the highway that is two miles away..

I have pro ears linear elite. they work for pistol league but i have trouble telling were the turkey noise is coming from. (i know it's coming from the turkey)

I have the Walker digital muffs too. The only issue I have is that the ear cover can get in the way for a shooting positon. It really bothers me with my bow. i am thinking of getting the hearing aid syle ones rather than the muffs.
