R.I.P. Leslie West

He passed away today from cardiac arrest today. I had the pleasure of meeting him a few times. I even helped his brother get him and his wheelchair into his customized van after a show in NYC a few years ago. He lost his lower right leg to diabetes and was a nice guy. He was 75.       I can't wait for 2020 to be over with.

I can remember concerts downtown in that era , lights went out , joints got  lit, smoke banked down to the floor lol . Nobody cared , lighters were lit and held up ,not like the stupid cells phones they  hold up today .

Holding up cell phones at a concert is something I hate with all my heart.  Holding up a lighter until it burned you was metal.  Holding up an electronic gagdet that your life revolves around, so friggin lame.  Maybe spend the whole concert taking a shitty video while you're at it.
