S&W model 51 .22 magnum

Picked up this beautiful early 70’s .22mag 6 shooter recently. Seeing as I have ample .22 wmr ammo and no handgun to shoot it in i was on the hunt for a new revolver. I was initially looking for a k frame until i came across these handy little square butt j frames on gunbroker. 3.5 inch barrel with nice adjustable sights how could I resist! I have several round butt j frames that are better for concealment however the square butt frame is pretty nice for  shooting. Im generally not a fan of the round butt magna stocks with out a grip adapter but these square butt stocks work great. I will say she has some bark when you touch one off, wow! This weekend i plan on doing some accuracy testing. I will post my findings.
