Why is not gun control working?  New York State has the SAFE Act and New York City has the toughest gun control laws in the America where permits to carry a handgun are impossible to obtain and all long guns must be registered.      

Apparently, gun control laws are not stopping the violent sociopaths and the violently mentally ill from obtaining firearms and committing murder.  Only the ignorant believe that nonsense gun control laws result in crime control.

It’s always been catch and release, now add bail reform .

Read below, I could add pages of these. CPW is criminal possession of a weapon .
