How do u search a user name here ?

Any way to type in the user name and see posts ?

 click on the user name, then click on the right hand box( there's 3 boxes) it brings up all there posts.  

Just tried it on you, and it worked.

But how do you search the user name ?

Just click on anyones username and scroll down . You can also send them a pm or follow them,etc.

 You can just view the profile if you are just logged out as a guest.

That I don't know. If You can PM me the user name, maybe I can remember a thread they posted on. Understand if you don't want to go that route. 

Also at the bottom of the main page, there's a list of those that are currently active on the site.  Haven't tried it, but maybe you can click on em there?
