I’m adding some (32) 209 primers but they, along with the pellets are probably 20 years old, for what it’s worth.

The powder pellets and primers can be mailed. You have to take them to either UPS or FedEx and declare that it's hazardous materials and there's a hazmat fee of usually $30-50.

And they'd need to go in different shipments, correct?!?!

Somebody with a Hybrid car could deliver them for pennies........

I'm not sure about different shipments. I don't believe so, it just has to be packaged properly. I sold some ammo and the guy paid the extra cost. A few boxes of 12GA, I just had to make sure they couldn't wiggle around and that there was padding in the box before they let me seal it up.
