We must have 50 in our yard, of course my wife feeding the birds doesn’t help . Im gonna start knocking them off with my pellet gun.. For some reason I never liked killing them .. not sure why … I can shoot deer , raccoons , ducks etc but for some reason I feel sorry for this rotten bastards

Yea it’s hit or miss ( no pun intended)on the scope.. Many people have said the same thing , the bow is great , the scope sucks. I wouldn’t take a 50 yard shot with my 370… Im in the 30-35 yard range ..to each their own but that’s my cutoff . The sniper is front heavy but with all the issues I’ve read and heard with Barnett I passed. I went into BPS this week seriously thinking of buying one and the bow tech their talked me out of it . Said the returns and problems he sees with them he would just keep the 370 and upgrade the scope.

That seems to be the one that most have said to get. 200.00 doesn’t seem bad .. I paid way more for my Leupolds

Well I was going to but seems like it’s all over the place. I’ve seen several complaining the stock scope is garbage . I bought the best bolts I could , field points and broad heads .. you get it dialed in and two shots later it’s out again. Shooting from a rest

Yea I’ve had that one in order for 2 months , they keep back ordering it

Yea I’m between the Hawke , Crossfire, Truglo , I think any of these three would be much better than this stock scope . Ill check out Wyvern , thx

I’m still using the stock scope but it’s not great. I see lots of positive things about the Vortex crossfire , it’s a 200.00 scope . I assume this would be a better scope than the stock one I have . Any of you guys use this scope

Agree , and every year it seems there is at least one person killed because of it

December 30th Trouble is I don’t remember what primer I was using Im sure any of the three would be fine. Im just bored now the season is over

Yea agree, I’ve tried all 3 primers I have , don’t notice much diff Just wondered about fouling diff, again I don’t see much diff Everyone says the CCIs are hotter , not sure if hotter is better

Yea this was a weird season for me for sure. Areas I could always count on for an afternoon doe produced nothing . Now last night I had about 10 on my camera all at once

Well I took my blinds down today , I feel lucky to have killed two deer this season. Now if this is like last season , starting tomorrow I’ll start seeing bucks on my camera again

Well I got a decent buck with my crossbow ( first deer with the crossbow) Then this one with the ML, again first one with the muzzleloader … Two years ago I didn’t have the ML or the crossbow , it was the last day of gun, 3pm , I wasn’t even going to go , walked behind my barn headed to my blind and shot a big fat doe !

I will say that .50 cal CVA Wolf did the job , the buck was quartering away facing me. I put the crosshairs just left of his left front leg aiming for behind the right front leg . It blew his heart apart , he ran but only 20 yards at most and the blood trail was huge

Got one tonight ! sitting in my treestand , my camera goes off at my ground blind 300 yards away.. Small buck, 10 minutes later he’s in front of me, pulled the hammer back he heard the click and looked right at me ! We had a stare down for a few minutes, he turned his head and I let it rip. Direct heart shot , ran 20 yards and piled up ! he used to be a 6 point but had some busted tines
