Ok here’s what I know The owners husband built it in 2009 He has passed away I can see where the tubes go into like a conduit .. they are translucent per looking tubes. The entire slab including the 5 car garage is radiant, no crawl space . It has three zones propane fired . Now originally it was off an outdoor wood furnace , after he died she didn’t want to mess with the wood so had it propane heated . What if one of the tubes leaks in the floor ? Could the pipes freeze ? The floors are all laminate , would putting area rugs down be a problem ? They have two mini splits for ac

Check this , it doesn’t says 2021/2022 school tax It says 2022/2023 and that bill hasn’t even come yet . Trouble is there is nobody to call to check on it

So I sold my house in March of this year , but I owned it September of 2021 I thought originally they said you qualify IF you owned your house and paid school taxes in 2021 . Now it looks like they are saying you have to own in the 2022/2023 school tax year. Well that school tax bill doesn’t even come out until September . So if most people already received their checks , what if they sell the house before September ? Am I missing something ?
