I have a hard time believing that anyone can go to a stand or blind deep in the woods and be so silent that deer never hear them .. I try and be quiet and walk into the wind but I’m sure I make noise

I have seen one deer .. I’ve spent hours in the woods. I hear others saying the same but I also see lots of big bucks taken. I killed one doe and would like one more either buck or doe I don’t care . Just seems like something happened , getting lots of trail cam pics of bucks and does , many at night but a good share daytime .. Season starts …all activity ends Now I know there is lots of time left but … I think I’ll give my spots a few cool off days … and myself

It’s funny I was just saying , the earliest I’ve ever shot a deer is 10am And the latest was 5 minutes left of legal light . Yet I get up at 5 and am in place by 6am

I set mine up in late September and leave it till January

So usually after opening day , thanksgiving day is the next busiest . My ground blind spot deep in the woods near a stream where I’ve been seeing good bucks at night BEFORE the opener of gun… I sat all day Saturday and half the day Sunday and saw zero … But I feel it can still be a good spot for tomorrow ?? My box blind on the woods edge I killed a big doe on Sunday afternoon is usually a good late afternoon sit .. I also have a tree stand that faces a wooded ridge with cut fields at my back.. I haven’t sat here this year yet for gun.. My gut tells me to go to my ground blind spot and my box blind in the afternoon . I only want to shoot one more , buck or doe , doesn’t matter .. If I get another I’m giving it to a friend

Humm don’t remember , our IT guy said make sure my wifi is password protected .. It is..this email said to only respond thru a pc Probably easier to hack ?? I never get on any sleeze sites,, hunting , cars, and news, that’s it My wife does her stuff for church and dog sites only.

I rode around a little tonight but it was dark and lite rain .. I’ll be able to see better in the morning . Its 40 degs so the meat should be ok.. I just hope I can find her .. it’s all goldenrod

Man I hate this … it was an easy broadside shot 60 yard shot . I rocked her, she ran about 40 yards and dropped but her head was up.. It was getting dark and starting to rain so I shot again, she was facing away from me so I shot at the back of her neck. She stumbled around trying to get on her feet then I lost sight of her. Its a 10 acre lot of 4ft high goldenrod . It was getting dark quick and staring to rain lightly . I drove around with my 4 wheeler but realized I needed to wait till daylight . So I’ll be there tomorrow at day break . Its 40 degs tonight so I’m hoping I can find her fist thing . I can’t imagine she’s alive… I hate this so much .. if she’s dead I’m ok with that but I hope she’s not wounded .. ugggg !!!
