    Wont the pellets drop out the back or am I pushing pellets and sabot out the back ( breech) or let the pellets drop out then push the sabot from breech to muzzle ? and can I reuse both ? thx

    So using pellets and sabot drop two 777 pellets in and press the sabot in with the ram rod. once it hits the pellet do u stop ? or do u try and crush the pellet ? also, to unload... can’t u just remove the breech plug and push the bullet out with the rod ?

    I’ve got a Tactacam Revel , it’s ok at best, misses pics sometimes I want another camera but Tactacam are out of stock I can get the Moultrie at the same price

    Yea the one I shot kicked like my Ithaca Deerslayer with slugs in it .. and that had recoil !!! Not sure the powder charge he was using .. It wasn’t unbearable and I’ve shot far worse , but with my shoulder I’d rather have it softer . Thats why I asked about a 45 vs 50 .. so if a 50 with sabot is actually a 45 bullet , what is a 45 cal with sabot ? A 40 cal bullet ?

    Really , well ive shot muzzleloader before, and the one I shot was a 50 cal and for sure had recoil

    So let me see if I got this if I buy a 50 cal Wolf I can buy 50 cal crush rib sabots that take a 45 cal bullet ? and use two 777 pellets and any 209 primer ? then just need to choose a good bullet

    Assume you are not talking about the concrete pad rather the base . The linger it sits and settles the better Mine sat almost a year and was compacted every 12” .. then rained on etc .. Mine is 28 x 40 fiber in the mix and wire mesh with vapor barrier
