If Gas stay high or goes higher people will just turn to cars gas cars with smaller engines that get better gas mileage than Electric or a Vespa or something like that moped like they have in other countries where the gas has been high for years because of tax.

Just my 2 cents you think they are pushing green because there is no money in it for themselfs as well ? The only difference oil gas works right . Green Technologies haven't been perfected yet and may never be perfected, who knows. I know a guy working for company thats building windmills off the coast of Hong Kong and he even said it's inefficient and doesn't really work right but all he knows is it is paying his mortgage on his house so he doesn't care. Said the only thing green that actually works but the green people don't like that either is nuclear power.

Personally I think it's part are enemies like Russia trying to drive up the price of oil it's a fact they fund a lot of this green movement stuff in other countries and because a lot of the folks who work on those oil fields and own those oil companies are more on the conservative side ,the left don't like the fact that these people have money that they feel are beneath them. When you really get into technology and Fabrication of things like electric cars windmills even solar panels all them pollute and need oil to be made or run on anyway it's all mostly a illusion of doing something that's supposed to be good for the environment but really doesn't have any effect . Having a better environment is not a left or right issue you know anyway everybody wants that.

Yea im making this short electric cars pollute take to long to charge and the power comes from oil and gas power plants to charge them anyway. The technology doesn't work right yet.

At leaat i dont with my big hunting jacket on I could shoot a elephent gun and it would not bother me . But I'm wondering anyway if the recoil system they advertise really works or is it just a gimmick . If you have to take a second shot that would help you get back on target faster . If the gun is not dancing around as much .

Not sure about that that guy looks like he's about 4 foot nothing making it look bigger then it is i think, haven't seen one physically in a gun store yet to say it's one way or the other if it's really that bulky of a gun.

I dont think its luck i think you shoot faster then me but i dont hunt in open fields usally either The Situation's I'm talking about is where I have jumped deer in the woods thick brush and probably Could have killed them if I had a semi-automatic over my bolt gun I'm thinking anyway but who knows.

Well for me its always about the first shot but thats because i cant run the action fast enough on my bolt gun to get 2ed shot lol I been hunting since 80s and there are times I think if had semi rifle i wood have gotten a 2ed shot off and gotten that deer that the first missed or hit the branch infront of that deer and made me miss .

Its 2022 but seems like hunting is still stuck in 1952 in ways . Why so few guns like the Browning BAR or Benelli R1 on the market ? ARs seem to sell and they are semi-automatic . Is it something to do with hunting regulations in some areas? I mean why are most of us still using a bolt action? you are telling me nobody can make a good accurate hunting gun in a big caliber except for basically two models in this day and age ? Used to be Remington had one model also and they discontinued it .
