I live in dryden and hunt 7R, mostly however I hunt from tioga county all the way up to watertown

it sucks...I have to travel 2 hours to hunt them....and see more at home than I ever do up north had a beauty walk under me during bow season

I have a 16" RRA that will shoot out to 200yards with any rifle on the market..... guarenteed 1/2MOA at 100yards from the factory I don't shoot a deer with it....i'm working on a 450bushy for that

this was in the cornell E-a-B area...it's all posted and you have to pass a background check to hunt there...I let them know about it the problem is in a E-a-B area someone shoots a small buck by accident and don't want to get in trouble so they leave the deer to rot no way to prove who did it....and i was in there last sat and it wasn't there then

so i send my wife in to one of my stands that was hot all bowseason....shortly later she sends me a text hey there is a dead deer 40 yards from your stand....a few hours later i make my way over to check it out sure enough there it is a dead doe??? i start to look it over and lo and behold it was a buck someone had cut the antlers off and left the body there...it had been picked pretty clean by coyotes i dont know if someone shot it from my stand but it was dead rite there if some A***hole shot a buck from my stand and just cut the horns and left the body....thats just wrong

I understand this is a public forum and some guys are not experianced...not comfortable with head shots and they should not take head shots....thats fine....don't do it however.... myself and a lot of others hunt fox and coyote on a regular basis....and I almost always have to take a head shot.....especially during deer season when we have to use .22 mag a body shot won't work I am pretty confident shooting a coyote in the head at 150yards in the pitch dark with a flashlight....a deer at 50yards with a rest i DON'T evan think about it at night we shoot at glow in the dark tacks....just to practice so if your not comfortable takeing a shot don't do it......but judge someone for being a better marksman and spending more time at the range then you

I have used a lot of guns over the years.....they all had faults I built this one exactly how I wanted it....finally i have the perfect gun I also run a Browning BPS 10g with a custom barrell for close work

OK 1st. I don't play video games....and I really don't like people that do 2nd don't compare a police officer firearms ...with someone who is a die hard hunter...most police hardly ever shoot there weapon, only to qualify...and most glocks shoot like **** you can't compare to a long gun...... now if you want to talk swat sniper that is a whole different monster 3rd....I I can't tell you how many deer I put down someone shot in the A** or shot in the leg....a bad shot is a bad shot whether you shoot the head or the ribcage but hell what do I know.....
