I have been teaching the Bow hunter class for 10 years We always look over students Bows if they want,i check poundage if they want also. Second day which is last when I teach it I have everyone shoot. We have left and right hand genisis bows supplied by the state for those that do not have bows yet. I kinda like My TC Impact I bought a few years back it was about $235.00 bare gun and put a weaver 3x9x40 on for about another ? $150 could have got by with a 1.5 to 4.5 where i hunt I guess. Recently in the juror selection process we where waiting and the lady walks in and says for those of you wearing hats you will have to remove them in the court room? I'm thinking no sh-t so i politely asked if i was wearing a turbin and i was a rag head would i have to take it off, well after a short commotion and without elaborating I was dismissed ;-). I have a lease of 200 acres with 400 to my north and 200 to my south I'm posted well and have posted the other for the landowners which allow hunting with permission, my problem is a powerline that people think is public property where they can pass through with 4 wheelers walk there dogs off leash and trespass then turn me in because I put a couple coyotes in a tree which is really nobody's business, maybe not the best thing to do but if you weren't there you wouldn't have seen it. Plus the other day I went in closed the gate didn't lock it drove back in was talking with my son and here comes 3 jerks on there 4 wheelers adults who I told to stay off the property in hunting season and I'd open property in summer so they could go through. Well that won't happen now they ruined it for them and others. They seen us stopped and turned around when they seen me. I'm fed up with trash hunters. Well Gentlemen and Ladies I went in today and disposed of the Block that again I will say was for pictures and Yes it is wrong which I did not know, I knew baiting in season was wrong but not for pics sake, and thanks for bringing Me up to speed. I have never shot a deer over bait and I do not take more than I have tags for or fill anyone elses tags but a few here do have a pathetic approach. and as for westernnyer You didnt tell Me where You served yet its not as easy to suck ukp as You might think but I woiuld guess You didnt serve or have You held one of Your buddies Guts in as He bled out and died in Your arms or picked up body parts so they could be shipped home to Momma or there wives so until You have walked in My shoes Keep Your ignorant mouth shut about the 20 plus years I served for ungrateful people such as yourself. I dont expect shit from this country or the people and I only really served for the Guy next to Me, as You can see I take My Military career very serious I'll be out Your way this summer doing a wounded warrior Parade with a group called Combat Vets look Me Up I'd like that alot. ....... as for any others that liked the pics Thanks Folks.. Ok I was wrong but it is there for the purpose of pictures for the summer to see whats here and will be gone shortly the fact that i used it for pics I guess is bad. I have hunted for many yearsl and have never shot a deer on bait or even a planted food plot mainoly runways going to hay fields or cornfilsds or orchards up here , on our lease it is illegal to bait in hunting season We lease 200 acres betweeen another 800 acres I have permission to Hunt only to keep others out. I guess its obvious I am not a people person and am a bit touchy and for that I appologize but a 20 year military career and 2 tours in nam take its toll along with getting spit at and called names when You come home. Im not looking for sympathy for dam sure but there was no open arms as in other wars and I guess I take that to heart, along with special benefits todays soldiers are given but if it was at our cost I am glad our country learned something . again I apologize to all and will geat rid of the lick that looks like a stump. LOL next pics from there will be clean I assure you..... Vet and I took My Meds and calmed down

I dont geat on to debate just wanted to shaw a few pics and I dont get on hear hardly ever as I have found that in most cases the site is full of people just waiting to pick things apart and argue with people and think that they are the most knowledgeable of anything said or done on here. its a hunting site how come we cant just enjoy the site and not get overly concerned with what someones picture has in it just doesnt make sense to Me...maybe You need sometning to do.

well its not a mineral block its a gander apple block the green area around it is a food plot on a logging road i trimmed out and its been there since april is that a long time and the block is there til it melts as nothin touches it anyway except snowshoe rabbits, I have never shot a deer on a bait pile, and food plots are not illegal clover can grow anywhere just about, hunting on bait is about a 100.00 dollar ticket i hear and shooting a deer on bait is a felony, so everyone knows.just in case You were to get caught, and as of this past January a felon cant even hunt with black powder anymore.But good observation on Your behalf ttyl im gonna go plant another plot right now .and c'mon a bear or fisher or otter .and Deerthug that is a beautiful cat you got in that pic.
