    Most of the people around here hunt them even now you here the freak lightning strikes late at night when the coyotes start howling lol us southern guys must just love to hunt or just hate coyotes

    Coyotes are also harder to kill than deer in my opinion.

    I do I have guns that are made just for hunting them both have atn night vision scopes on them ..go on predator master forum and bark at the moon or any of the predator hunting sites there's more than you think

    My point is it ain't no hotter now then it has been in October the last couple years ...and I am sorry to tell you the bugs are no different up here in the caskill mountains than they are comes october or even November ...I think more people would be in the woods coyote hunting right now if they were open than say deer season.

    We've shot doe during gun season still with milk coming out with no fawn with her makes you wonder about the breeding season dates

    All I was trying to say was if the season was earlier more people would participate...most people are deer hunting comes october.. and coyotes come to calls now more than winter months cause they are to busy chasing deer when the snow gets deep and the weather gets cold

    The more I hear of this goin on and Dec does nothing about the problem makes me wonder.. Why don't they change the season dates so people will actualy hunt for them I mean come on I think opening coyote season the same day deer opens is just plain stupid . If they made the season open earlier than October it would make a difference because allot of coyotes are more responsive to calls now than say deer season when there are allot of people in the woods...just a rant

    Antler restrictions are nice if there is enough dec presance to enforce the law...when they made Albany county rifle they opened the door for people to shoot deer in green county that wer not legal and tag them for there ...same goes for doe permits we all know how hard it is to get them for green county...without enough dec presance it's kind of a invalid point

    Nope no pinning and no tacking or welding on a bolt rifle...rifle was bought already threaded ...just had to put a break on ....i don't know why savage don't put the break on just the thread protector

    Threaded 5/8x24 ..the break is a timed break so it was a pain in the u know what to get it right had to buy the 30$ washer set to go with the break...I put the break on to help with the muzzle jump when u buy these new they come with no break at all just a thread protector..

    Had to have one to go with my Ruger precision rifle 6.5 creedmore ...this is a Savage 10fcp in 308 topped with a 6x24x50 vortex scope I just put a precision armament muzzlebreak on it today gonna see how it shoots this weekend
