Good to hear. Any idea how crazy it gets up there during rifle season? Its first season in ny and on public land. Used to vt, where I hunted, didn't see anyone whole time, no deer either though lol

So got ask my permits and even got my doe tag, looks like sterling forest.anyone hinting up there or do any scouting recently up there??

How was sterling? See any deer sign up there. Will be hunting up there but no possible wayto get there till rifle season starts

Got mine for 3p. first time I ever tried. dont know a lot about sterling state forest but due to no rifles, and can't afford a bow right now, in westchester county, makes the hour drive each way a little more worth while knowing I have the extra permit
