I hunt state land so leaving cams out there is a gamble I gotta hide em pretty well and secure them to the tree with lock boxes

Yeah I am done shooting in my yard I got I little room in my basement I will use that then use the range when I can I am thankful no one was hurt. I can't believe how easily the passes thru my target. The police are not pursuing the matter they spoke to me today that is a relief. I just have to make this right with my neighbor and fix the hole. Thank you guys I know I messed up badly! But I hope nothing like this happens to anyone else.

Anyone know if it's legal to shot my bow in my backyard I recently had an incident the arrow passed thru my 3d target and hit the side of my neighbors house I am going to pay for the damage but the cops came to my house and now I am scared shitless!i am thinking they may be back. It was an accident no injuries minimal damage but my neighbor is being difficult no one was home at the time but I called him and told him what happened. He called the cops anyway. That's unfortunate really nice buck. I would agree with growalot @ 15 yds set at 60lbs u should have taken that buck especially with the arrow angling downwards -
It's amazing that any deer survive in Stewart I live about 2 miles away and hunt there regularly. It is extremely over hunted!

what kind of hunting are you interested in?

If u r consistently shooting to the right then u move your site slightly to the rite till u r dead on. It could b a difference between double lunging a nice deer or hitting bone. But thats a nice group go out and sumthing will ya!

my wife and me and our daugther live near stewart's air force reserve base rents up here r reasonable i hunt stewart state forest 6000 acres and sterling state forest 20000 acres lifeup here is quiet and peaceful i work out at golds gym in newburgh and there are alot of military personal who go there look us up over here u will like it i work in nyc and commute everyday so job oppurtunities are there.

Opening day gets crowded for gun especially in harriman but bow season ain't bad i took a decent 6pt in 2010 with bow i mite go back this year
