last year there were 48 posts in the gun harvest thread this year were up to 33 and have a couple of days left to go im.sure there will be a few more deer added to the thread before the season closes

im still alive but it was a Hell of a day I get up in the lift the wind is bouncing me around like crazy I spend 1 1/2 hrs taking the old parts off of these flag poles I put new pulleys gold balls halyard and snaps on both poles then I start to paint the first poke I get half way done with the pole and swing the lift to the other side of the pole half way the basket stops moving and the machine shuts down im trying the override nothing the horn still nothing now I've been up in the air working for 2 hrs already and I can't feel my fingers I call my office and ask them to call the armory that I'm at and ask some one to come out and ill.explain how to get me down from below. they didn't get an answer so I call and talk to the rental company we went over everything on the phone and both determine its something with the battery or wiring but they can't get anyone out for a couple hrs they are located in Niagara falls and im in Dunkirk then I see a guy come out of the armory I tell him were the 3 rrelease valves are and to open them and I slowly descended down. I thank the guy I check out the battery sure enough I can the terminals are tight on the mount but the wires are loose I right them the machine starts from.below but when I switch the controls to the basket it keeps shutting down at this point I can't wait a couple hrs for a repair guy I have to still install a 25' flag pole in east aurora so I left and hopefully when I go back on Tuesday everything will be good to go.sorry for such a long story

my jobs are in.east aurora today so I get to sit on my stand from 630-920. and ill be back to the truck and at my first job at 930

venison stew. 2lb venison. 1bag of babby carrots 1/2 an onion celerey potatoes then 30 minutes before its done cooking I toss in a bag of frozen corn. 9hrs in the crock pot it was delicious o and some salt and pepper

this will be my first time seeing this parade my wife and kids went last year and loved it. im sure it's going to be a good time I.like seeing the older fire trucks and my 2 yr old is all about fire trucks and cop cars

I.didn't have any pork added to it and my wife want to halt about that. she loves venison but no way she will eat grind venison with out pork added

I had it done at the buck and doe shop

a few weeks ago I got a 4pt and I got back 52lb of venison 21lb of it was ground im.not sure how many meals we will get out of that I tend to eat a lot more then the average person.
