Hey Fastone, I would disconnect the belt that drives the deck and then try to engage the blades with no load. If it still stalls , then some kind of safety switch or sensor is bad somewhere. If it stays running with the belt disconnected I would guess something in the deck is binding or the engine doesn't have enough power to react to the sudden load change. Could be just improper carb adjustments , plugged or restricted fuel supply, or something in the governor system. If these engines still have a butterfly, that could be stuck. Has a new spark plug been installed? Try that and if it still doesn't work then say the hell with it and just don't cut the grass. It will get covered up in the winter anyway . Good luck

What is considered a "heavy bow"? Is 55-60 pounds enough? I have read several reviews on this head and all of them recommend that this head should be shot from a heavy bow but none of them specify exactly what a heavy bow is. Any help appreciated.

My dog could leave a steaming pile of dung in the backyard and I would vote for the dung before I would vote Cuomo!!! At this point, debating the issues is a waste of energy. We know what we have with Cuomo and he must pay for what he has done. If he is re elected all gun owners are done!! If you live in New York and own a gun or would like to own a gun someday, your vote must go against Cuomo and anybody else that supported these gun laws!!! We all need to get behind Astorino and figure out a way to push him to victory... If we lose, it's over and there is no place to hide as these gun laws will spread all over the country....

I dont believe this is the reason as the last line of the law sates: 13. Severability. If any provision or term of this act is for any reason declared unconstitutional or invalid or ineffective by any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity or the effectiveness of the remaining portions of this act or any part thereof. In my opinion, it is more likely that the King is more concerned about the lost revenue on gun sales since the only legal handgun you would be able to NYS would be a revolver. This is also the weakest link of the law due to the hardships it places on Dealers ability to conduct business in NYS and most likely will be the only part that would get removed in a lawsuit. The King has really given up nothing. He can still charge you if you put more than 7 in the magazine and he can still collect the dollars on sales. He is a crook, we must always remember that and look for the not so obvious in anything he does. We all know that none of this BS makes ANYONE safer except the crooks and murderers but as usual , it is always about the money. Cuomo must go in 2014. He must pay BIG. I wouldnt get too excited even if this does go to court. This is New York and I bet that Cuomo has the courts under control using that idiot Bloomberg's $$$$$ They already know it is unconstitutional and will do no good. They dont care!! The King has spoken and that is it, in their minds. The entire government is corrupt and it's all about the money and the power. The best we can hope for is a modification of the law as it states if any part of the law is found unconstitutoinal, the rest of it remains unchanged. That basically makes repeal of the law out of the question. Does anyone know if the 1993 Rochester assault weapons ban was ever heard by the court??
