A while back a good friend of mine missed a buck, late in the day. He shot just over him and he swore that he saw a spark fly off the carbon arrow as it passed over the deer. We called him "sparky" for the rest of the season. That was the first time I had heard of that happening, and Geno's incident is the second.

I'll try again today. When I picked up the deer from the processor yesterday the tag was missing from the rack, just the zip tie hanging there. The butcher didn't know what happened to it. I'm a little paranoid here.

I called to report my deer harvest today. After i punched in my tag I.D. # the recording said that I had 7 "out standing" tags to report. None of the tag #'s that they read off matched the tag I put on the deer, and I only have 4 tags not 7.... what the hell. tried it like 3 times.

I haven't smoked in 29 years. but I have shot deer while smoking. The first buck I got was when I was around 17. I had a Pal-Mal non filter in my mouth. Thought I was cool!! Some Jack off red neck, road hunter, stole him on me !!! but thats a different story.

I have 2 summit vipers that I have been using for the past 12 years. On one occasion, while climbing up, the seat slid down about 3-4". It was a real hard smooth tree that was wet. Just make sure the seat is biting down good into the tree before you put all your weight on it.

The point Im trying to make is that a lot of people are focusing on the "rich" factor. They seem to suggest that its not fair that the owner of a business makes so much money compared to the employee's. Even you threw out the "rich white" B.S. Some people use the word "rich" as a dirty word, when it suits them.

Wow ! Im sorry I even watched that because for the most part I really like Remington. I checked out the 770 a while back and it didn't seem to be put together as well as the 700. They have to make good on this. Let them know hunting season is nearing and if you can't hunt because of their bad product, you'll pissed. Maybe they will speed things up for you. Good luck -
How about if the rich business owner just divides his profits up evenly with all of his employees. No more investing or putting money back into the business, just divide the money up evenly so everyone, including the owner, gets the same pay check.

I think that gargle sound is a good thing. Sounds like the lungs filling with blood. I have taken a few, with bow, that made that sound and they didn't go far. One of them acted like he wasn't even hit. I remember, after i shot, he bounded and looked back for a few seconds then started browsing! He started to walk away, like nothing happened and then just fell over, kicked a few times and that was it. I think your in for a good surprise this morning. Good luck.

The Rage are $40 for a 3 pk and the new Rage with the chistle point are $50 for three!!! I was in Gander the other day just looking around and they had some that were $60!! 3 pk. I can't remember the brand name, but they were locked to the rack. These things are getting pricey

Well I went with the Rage this morning. Hit a six point right behind the shoulder at about 20yds. Amazing! Huge hole in and out. He went maybe 30 yards. Last time I used Rage was the first time. I hit bone and wasn't all that impressed, although I recovered the deer.

Don't know about fletchings but fly tiers love them. When I bird hunted I would trade the tail feathers with the owner of a local bait shop. He would tie with them.

I think New York State should outlaw fishermen being able to wade into streams and rivers. Every year you hear about fishermen drowning after being swept away in swift currents or after losing their footing. It would be a lot safer.

Man that stinks. Especially since he wore a safety harness and it was installed properly. Makes ya wonder what went wrong. Sorry for his family.

Thats just what my brother in law did last year. He hit a big eight, but lost blood. After looking for hours he went back to the house and put on his jeans and ski jacket. Took his untrained yellow lab out and the dog found the buck in about an hour. That deer is hanging on his wall now.

So all of those employees who ( through this guy providing them with jobs) earned a living for years, were able to pay bills, support their family, send kids to college etc....They got nothing out of this deal right?? All they did was make this guy rich....Got it. Rich guy = bad LOL! Bet that dirty S.O.B. has a way bigger house than any of us!!! damn him!! LOL!
