  1. Very informative video by Fred Bear himself. Parts I, II and III
  2. First, I'm not a Republican. Second, I've been warning about the national debt and a total economic collapse for years. The most recent massive increase happened in 2020 due to the scamdemic and spending by the govt is still out of control. I really do not side with anyone in politics when it comes to spending. I just point out it needs to be stopped. At least when Trump was spending he wasn't raising taxes on the working class to pay for it. He tried to do it by revving up the economy to generate more tax revenue. Democrats fought him at every turn and kept demanding tax increases, as if the citizens are some form of unlimited revenue for the government. Biden is proposing big tax increases, which tends to increase the cost of everything including interest rates. Right now interests rates are low so the govt can actually pay the interest on the debt. But if interest rates climb to 4 or 5%, it won't be able to without reaching deeply into every taxpayers pocket. It's a death spiral and the left seems to be trying to cause a massive economic collapse with crazy ideas about spending, like bailing out union pensions, forgiving student loans, reparations, etc. People don't realize if it happens Martial Law will be instituted. With leftists in control, that will amount to Soviet style tyranny. I object to any type of government spending that it has no constitutional authority to do. I also support massive cuts to programs that are merely buying votes with taxpayer dollars.
  3. If the US keeps adding to the National Debt, a total economic collapse is inevitable. Here's where we are now. Our debt to GDP ratio is almost 130%. Never in history has it been so high. https://www.usdebtclock.org/
  4. This says it all. Especially to those who doubt what's coming. https://patriotpost.us/videos/78494-house-dems-launch-all-out-war-on-second-amendment-2021-03-18?mailing_id=5700&utm_medium=email&utm_source=pp.email.5700&utm_campaign=digest&utm_content=body
  5. I'm concerned about their political contributions and huge voting block that tends to support leftist politicians at the expense of taxpaying Americans. If they used membership dues to support their members and properly managed their pensions, they wouldn't be letting politicians buy their votes, losing pension money and trying to get taxpayers to bail them out when leftists get elected. Unions operate on Marxist ideology. Maybe that is their major flaw from the start.
  6. Deflection isn't addressing the issue. Please explain how unions lost your pension funds and why they would be justified expecting taxpayers to bail them out.
  7. And if by chance the SCOTUS rules against gun owners, we are screwed for life. Universal background checks, while inconsequential to public safety, are a necessary piece of an overall puzzle that will transform the US right to keep and bear arms into a European-style privilege. The left is planning a raft of international-style gun control laws within a narrow time window. As each new law proves to be ineffective, the demand for more restrictive and expensive oppression will be touted as the next required law. Eventually, only the wealthy elite will be able to afford to comply with the burdensome, bureaucratic procedures to acquire a firearm. If every single firearm transfer not done through an FFL becomes a felony, people living together could be in trouble, adults living with children not there own could be in trouble, Uncles could not give a gun to their nephews, cousins could not give to their cousins either. A suicidal person could not give their gun to another for safe keeping, a widow could not give her husbands guns to someone for proper storage until sold, a car accident victim and CCW holder could not ask an EMT of fireman to safeguard their gun in his vehicle. All of these transfers would require processing through an FFL, and the FFL's will be able to charge whatever fee the market will bear to do it. All of the above will be a felony violation too, with expensive fines and possible jail time. Why would politicians ever consider such oppressive legislation when it will have no effect on crime at all? This is why.
  8. The government plays the gun control game the way people play chess. It thinks 3 moves ahead and never gives any indication it plans to put it's opponent in Check Mate. If the opponent sits there thinking, "Well, there's no evidence in his last move to indicate he will do anything in his next couple of moves to put me in Check mate.", the opponent is naive and about to lose the match. You win by anticipating your opponents next moves and blocking them. The end goal in the governments assault on gun rights is the end of individual gun rights altogether. Anyone who isn't aware of that by now, or who denies it, hasn't been paying attention. You need to employ some foresight, basic analytical skills and the ability to extrapolate into the future, based on existing evidence.
  9. In the midst of all the executive orders and fast-moving gun-control legislation in Congress, some might be missing out on the fact that President Biden’s nominee for Secretary of the Interior—Rep. Debra Haaland—could be a disaster for hunters. According to a Montana senator who attended a recent confirmation hearing for Haaland, “She refuses to commit to maintaining hunting, grazing, timber harvest and trapping on public lands.” In fact, during that hearing, Sen. Steve Daanes (R-Montana) voiced his skepticism about her fitness for the job. “I’m not convinced the congresswoman can divorce her radical views and represent what’s best for Montana and all stakeholders in the West,” Daanes said at the hearing. “Unless my concerns are addressed, I will block her confirmation.” https://www.americanhunter.org/articles/2021/3/11/the-biden-administration-s-backdoor-attack-on-hunters/?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=insider&utm_campaign=0321
  10. Here it comes...... https://nagr.org/2021/1337-p.aspx?pid=fb7a&fbclid=IwAR1V9--UlGPyoGksJJ7ShK0wQY8UPYiatGrF-heuXPy2QcVZ6WGJa0-Gmvo
  11. And what can you tell us about what preceded Ft Sumter?
  12. Registration is a concern because states have used it to retroactively decide that certain legally purchased firearms are now naughty and must be confiscated without compensation or Due Process (also a violation of the Constitution). This has happened in California, New York, Illinois, and DC. They’ve said you can keep your naughty firearm as long as you register it, and then later changed their minds and used the registry to confiscate the firearms. This is why people often don’t comply with registration laws. If the states are willing to trick people like that, what makes you think the federal government won’t? Like I said prior, the lack of a database will become the "Universal Background Check loophole" in the future and will be demanded by gun grabbers. Trying to convince a person who has absolutely no idea about the history of gun control is futile. No amount of proof will counter act the brainwashing they have suffered. What IS needed, is for all gun owners to understand and believe what is going on and demand elected officials fight it and NEVER vote for any politician that won't, even if they promise to make weed legal.
  13. Universal gun registration will be demanded to fix what will be called the "Universal Background Check Loophole". Since December 2012, gun control supporters have “demanded”[42] background checks on all private transfers of all firearms, regardless of location. And in 2013, Rep. Barbara Lee (D-Calif.) introduced legislation to eliminate the requirement that the FBI destroy the records of approved NICS checks within 24 hours.[43]Also in 2013, the Department of Justice said that background checks on all firearm transfers “depends on . . . requiring gun registration.”[44]NICS would become a registry of firearm transfers if all firearms transfers were subject to NICS checks and the FBI retained records of approved checks indefinitely, both of which gun control supporters have proposed, and such records included information currently maintained on federal Form 4473, documenting the identity of the firearm purchaser and the make, model and serial number of the firearm transferred. Over time, as people sell or bequeath their firearms, a registry of firearm transfers would become a registry of firearms possessed.
  14. Did you bother to read that article? Do 2nd Amendment advocates and Mark Oliva of the NSSF have any credibility with you? I firmly believe we have the onerous gun laws we currently have because too many gun owners doubt the governments intent to take your guns away. They obviously have not been paying attention since 1968. It's incremental and unending. Have you noticed how the left is now saying "White Supremacy" is responsible for most gun violence and is a big threat? Who do you think the left considers a White Supremacist? “Government WatchList” Second Amendment advocates and gun industry representatives worry that H.R. 8 will be used in the future to justify a national gun registry. While the bill does not establish such a registry, Mark Oliva of the National Shooting Sports Foundation warns of a slippery slope towards gun confiscation.
  15. I'm saying there were many people who attacked Nam vets when they returned, just like people are attacking confederates today. BTW, the South did not attack the US. Down there it's known as the War of Aggression. Hate confederates today and move on to hating Nam vets tomorrow. It's all about hate people.
