NYC cops are know to use the "Spray & Pray" method in spite of any training they may have had. They are not worried about civilians getting hit, they are worried about themselves. If you take the time to look at the statistics of police shootings vs CCW civilian shootings, you will see far fewer innocent bystanders are shot by civilians than by cops. Most CCW civilian self defense shots are at close range and aimed at the perp that is the threat. If the perp flees, no more shots are fired or required. Cops, on the other hand, shoot at fleeing suspects and often do not even see others in the line of fire. Many NYC cops are so afraid of getting shot, due to the amount of incidents in NYC against cops, that many of them shouldn't even be on the street. If you fear for your life more than you desire to protect others, get another job. Many scared NYC cops are just plain dangerous. A civilian with a CCW is more likely to worry about where his shots are going, (due to the sheet he will be in afterwards) than a NYC cop, who will not be held accountable for any civilians he shoots by "accident". I predict we will hear most of the victims, other than the first one, were hit by bullets fired by NYC cops. Please hold your venomous retorts until after we find out.

Lots of bad guys have started wearing body armor. Shoot for the head. Nothing wrong with people getting shot dead, as long as the right people get shot dead. Bloomberg was a Democrat in the past. He changed over to Independent and then Republican to get votes. No Republican who owns guns is fooled by it as he is still a Democrat at heart when it comes to guns. If you don't believe the majority of anti-gun bills are sponsored by Democrats, Google any anti-gun bill and look at who sponsored it. And if they controled the legislature at the time, it became law. Two well known examples: Clinton passed the National Assault Weapons ban and so did Democrat Jim Florio in NJ. I could go on and on if I had the time....

Not when it comes to guns. Most all anti gun legislation is forced upon us by Democrats!

I don't like Romney, but don't think he will do damage to the nation if elected. I hate Obama because of all the damage he has already done, and all the damage he plans to do if re-elected. If I could legally shoot them both, I would. If I was hunting with a friend and we could legally shoot both, we would. No way I'm going to put my self in a dangerous position by trying to get the two bucks apart. If I'm out there to take a buck and this is the chance I'm offered, I'm taking it.

He's referring to the elected officials who stated they would ban Chick-fil-A from their cities. That's a violation of the owners free speech right and political tyranny in retaliation. Individuals also promoted the "Kiss-in" where they would ilegally occupy the resturants without buying anything and causing trouble. That's going beyond the right to boycott a business.

This isn't just for NYS, it's a bill to ban online sales nationwide. But so far it's dead on arrival in the Congress. It's going nowhere because it's an election year. But if Obama gets re-elected, you can bet we will be in for all sorts of anti-gun attacks.

This means loving for people what we love for ourselves of goodness. This does not mean, however, that we love the acts of sin. Jesus still confronted his enemies, but did so with the intention to reform one's enemies.That's because we recognize the destruction of sin so we want others to leave sin just as we would want to.
