Whats everyone's opinions for scopes on muzzle loaders...what size and what scopes to be specific? I have a BDC reticle on my CVA optima now but i don't use the reticle as advertised, simply because i don't shoot past 100 yrds with the gun, looking into a new scope for the 2014 season.

For some reason, my retina lock is not centered at the same time as my sight level, this is a form issue? but if i just focus on the retina lock i shoot pretty well, at least at 20yrds. I'm still unsure of the sight so far......

Finally got my new bow! decided to go with the 2014 Elite Energy 32 in Ninja Black. Setup with the IQ 5 pin sight, ripcord drop away rest and bee-stinger stabilizer! Cant wait to take this bow into the woods this fall!

Saw them at the WNY outdoors show in Hamburg this past weekend on sale, nothing special just has the elite logo on them, has foam on inside of hood....that's a no go for me.

Selling this gun because i have no more use for it. Mossberg 100 ATR Remington .270 black synthetic stock with factory 3x9x40 scope. Gun is in good condition has some scratching on bluing of barrel from hunting use. Less than 100 shots through the barrel. Was used on one deer hunting trip in Maine and than just for predator hunting here in NY. Looking to sell the gun for $325.00 OR trade it for a hunting pistol, nothing specific at this time. Located on route 5 in Akron near the Macdonalds and Buck's Motorsports. It is owned by two brothers, not sure of their last name but i dealt with Dave. they are expanding this April, they offer bow/guns sales,a archery shop/shooting range and taxidermy!
