i got ya Anthony. i am just looking for the right piece... i dont want guys wondering on when im not around, im not into that game... ill let you know about the club thing. after PR i think im donw with clubs right now lol, although the ones you joined sound great.

im a CASH deal ready to move on something. If a seller takes an insult to my offer they have every right to sit on that property till an egg hatches OR i might just get someone whos tired of waiting and paying taxes on it and take my CASH offer. im not waiting on a bank i am an easy sure thing. Not many people willing to throw cash at something right now...

yeah i have noticed there is no rhyme or reason to some of these listings. the pricing on some is way over priced. i mean i heard of price high and then negotiate but the asking prices are not normal... im just waiting for a parcel to jump at me and if i get 20 - 30 acres i want to make sure its THE RIGHT 20 - 30 acres. thanks for the advice bud.

thats great guys! yeah its always been something ive wanted... i will find something and get the ball rolling. ive looked at everysite i think. i found a few . i wasnt sure if there were any other sites to look at or if anyone sees anything through their local craigslist as well.

I went out this am... Saw nothing at my stand but jumPed 2 or 3 coming out. I am in my 4th differnt set in 3 completly different areas and i have at the moment a million black birds goin nuts all around me. This getting up at 230 and 3 am to get ready to hunt 3 days in a row is wearing on me lol

Day 2 down and not one deer... Kind of a sad start to be honest. After all pics i had upuntil 3 weeks ago and not seeing one deer is unbelieveable. New spot tomorrow hopfully with new luck

Usually those pecking orders are detumined between the bucks reletivly close to when that velvet comes off. Its not uncommon to see bucks goin at it as early as sometime in september. Ive seen plenty of bucks over the years during early bow come in with broken up racks, they dont get that way from rubbin trees

Well ive been in my stand since about 545, got beat out at one of my spots at 430am. Cant win em all... In another spot, we shall see what happens

Z7 Extreme is the one i shot, it was an amazing bow. I thought my switch back was compact, fast and smooth. That Z7 was all of the above and then some
